Pole Series

The bulk of our Pole classes are taught as progressive 4 week preregistered series. You'll enjoy 1 class each week at the same time for 60 mins each class. These series build Pole knowledge, skill development, transitions, linking, landings and techniques. Progressively and with excellent instruction from certified Pole Experts you will be spinning, smiling and getting an amazing workout each and every class. The series are designed to optimize safety and learning curve, carefully curating each level appropriately and progressively building on keystone movements each series level. Please feel free to take the same series as many times as you like! Below we've indicated the keystones to each level so you can identify when you are ready to move up. The Instructors will also help guide you through the appropriate levels as you practice.

All series enrolments include 3 free self guided practice sessions. These 3 practice classes are active from the first date of your series start date and expire one week after series completion. That means you'll have a pole all to yourself and 55 mins to practice what you have been learning in class at your own pace and style. These practice drop ins are optional and we highly suggest pre-booking your spot as space is limited. Check out our Pole Practice Drop In Schedule.
